The DIH-4000V low bitrate H.264 Real Time Transcoder is specially designed for IPTV system, especially for those
IPTV systems over unmanaged network architectures in which the bandwidth are normally limited. Adopting the
powerful chip sets and high efficient SD/HD decode/compression algorithm, the inputted programs (Video + Audio)
can be transcoded (re-compressed) into relative low bit rate (<600kbps/program, full D1 SD) while the picture quality
is guaranteed. The DIH-4000V also supports IP re-multiplexing feature to do MPTS/SPTS conversion in real time.
DIH-4000V is also suitable for the multiscreen applications thanks to the high-density encoding algorithm. One
inputted program can be transcoded (re-compressed) into multiple streams with various bit rates and resolutions,
which can be suitable for Smart phones, Tablets, PC and HD/SD TV sets simultaneously. Graphical analyzer for
network bit rate eases the network monitor and configuration.
